Yoast SEO enhanced its Bulk Editor with new filters, focus keyphrases, and artificial intelligence-drafted metadata, streamlining search engine optimization management for users globally.
The update aims to simplify the process of optimizing content and product pages at scale, offering a more efficient workspace for identifying and addressing SEO needs, particularly for online stores.
The updated editor now incorporates focus keyphrases and introduces new search and status filters, alongside dedicated views tailored for each content type, according to Yoast.
AI-drafted metadata, a feature available to users with Yoast SEO Premium and other paid plans, enables the generation and review of metadata for various content pieces.
Yoast stated that the editor provides a focused environment, displaying only titles, meta descriptions, and focus keyphrases, systematically organized by content type such as posts, pages, products, and custom post types.
New search and status filters allow users to quickly pinpoint pages requiring attention, for instance, those lacking descriptions or targeting specific keyphrases.
For businesses operating online stores, product metadata can now be managed efficiently on a large scale. The AI drafting capabilities have been extended to cover products and categories through Yoast WooCommerce SEO and Yoast SEO AI+ plans.
The company said these enhancements are designed to improve workflow and accuracy for all users, from individual content creators to large e-commerce platforms.
