Payment and Billing

If you are exempt from certain taxes, you must provide us with valid documentation to substantiate your exemption.

We do not offer refunds for completed work. If you cancel a retainer agreement, you may be eligible for a partial refund for unused services, provided you give us written notice before the next billing cycle. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

Rabbit Rank reserves the right to adjust pricing for its services at any time. If we increase our fees, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice before the new rates take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

Termination

SEO results depend on various external factors, including search engine algorithms, market competition, and your website’s content and structure.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RABBIT RANK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Rabbit Rank shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rabbit Rank, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
