This Cookie Policy explains how Rabbit Rank LLC (“Rabbit Rank,” “we,” “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on rabbitrank.com (the “website”). Please read it with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, keep information in much the same way. A cookie can be set by the website itself or by a service the website uses, such as an analytics or chat provider.

Cookies we use

The website uses only the cookies and browser storage below, all stored under rabbitrank.com. Google Analytics and Intercom set theirs only after you click Accept in our cookie banner. We last reviewed this list on October 19, 2026.

Your cookie choice

• rr_consent: remembers whether you clicked Accept or Decline in the cookie banner, so we don’t ask again on every page. It’s strictly necessary, so it’s set without asking, when you make your choice. Lasts 12 months.

Google Analytics

• _ga: tells visitors apart, so we can count visits and see how the website is used. Lasts up to 2 years.
• _ga_3BDGG1R8XD: keeps track of your current visit (session). Lasts up to 2 years.

Intercom (the chat)

• intercom-id-czyosj9e: gives your browser an anonymous ID so the chat can link your conversations. Once you’ve clicked Accept, it’s set when a page loads, even if you don’t open the chat. Lasts 9 months.
• intercom-session-czyosj9e: lets you get back to your past conversations in the chat. Lasts 1 week.
• intercom-device-id-czyosj9e: identifies the device that uses the chat, for security. Lasts 9 months.
• intercom.intercom-state-czyosj9e (local storage, not a cookie): stores chat data in your browser so the chat loads quickly from page to page. Kept until you clear it.

Affiliate link clicks

We set these only when you click one of the tracked affiliate links in a few blog posts (addresses starting with /go/).

• prli_visitor: a random ID used to count unique visitors to these links. Lasts 1 year.
• prli_click_1 and prli_click_2: record that you’ve clicked that link before, to count unique clicks. Last 30 days.
• prli_dedup_1 and prli_dedup_2: stop a single click being counted twice. Last 10 seconds.

Why we use them

• Your choice: rr_consent keeps your answer to the cookie banner, so it doesn’t come back on every page.
• Analytics: Google Analytics shows us which pages people visit and how they find the website, so we can improve it. The affiliate click cookies count clicks on our tracked links.
• Chat: Intercom runs the chat on the website and keeps your conversations together.

The website doesn’t need analytics or chat cookies to work: if you click Decline or block cookies, you can still read every page. The chat is there only after you click Accept, and with cookies blocked it may not work or not remember your conversations. Accounts, orders and payments are handled in the Rabbit Rank app at app.rabbitrank.com, not on the website.

What we don’t use

• No advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies or pixels.
• No font services: our fonts are hosted on our own server.

Content from other websites

Some blog posts show content from other websites, such as YouTube videos, posts from X, and images or scripts hosted elsewhere. When you view those posts, those websites receive your IP address and may set their own cookies, which aren’t listed above. Their own cookie and privacy policies apply. The same goes for websites you reach through our links, including our social media profiles.

How to control cookies

• Our cookie banner: Google Analytics and the Intercom chat load only after you click Accept. If you click Decline, they don’t load. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you switch to Decline, we delete the Google Analytics and Intercom cookies and reload the page, so they stop.
• Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies, for one website or for all of them. Clearing a site’s data also removes what it keeps in local storage.
• Google Analytics: you can stop Google Analytics on every website with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google explains how it uses data from websites in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
• Intercom: clicking Decline, or blocking cookies for rabbitrank.com, stops the chat cookies. Intercom’s privacy policy explains how Intercom handles data.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

There’s no common standard for browser Do Not Track signals, so the website doesn’t respond to them. Because we don’t sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, Global Privacy Control signals don’t change how the website works.

How the data is handled

Google and Intercom may process the data these cookies collect in the United States and other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect personal data, the safeguards we use for international transfers, how long we keep data and your rights. The website is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this policy when the cookies we use change, and post it on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
