Infopro Digital Media launched a new Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) offering in France, combining consulting, content production, and distribution through its premium B2B media network to enhance brand visibility within generative AI responses.

The initiative addresses a shift in B2B marketing where brands increasingly need to position their concepts and sources to be cited by generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, moving beyond traditional keyword-focused search engine optimization.

Editorial authority is a factor for generative AI, which prioritizes reliable and trusted sources when synthesizing answers to natural language queries, according to Infopro Digital Media.

The company stated that its GEO strategy focuses on building a structured and coherent content corpus that is diffused across recognized reference sources cited by AI, ensuring visibility beyond just on-site content.

Visibility for B2B brands now depends significantly on both their proprietary content and their off-site presence within authoritative information ecosystems.

Infopro Digital Media’s new offering includes content optimized specifically for large language models (LLMs) and distribution across its portfolio of B2B media brands, including L’Usine Nouvelle, L’Usine Digitale, Le Moniteur, LSA, La Gazette des Communes, and Auto Infos.

The company also leverages its analytics and measurement platform, Rankscale, to track and optimize the performance of GEO strategies.

This strategic shift highlights the growing importance of a brand’s editorial environment in influencing its inclusion and prominence in AI-generated information.
