OuterBox, a performance marketing agency, launched OBxFrontier, a new custom artificial intelligence development service, in Copley, Ohio, today to automate workflows and reduce repetitive tasks for businesses.
The service integrates AI agents into existing business systems and data, addressing operational challenges and allowing employees to focus on strategic growth initiatives, according to the company.
OBxFrontier builds upon OBxOS, an AI operating system that OuterBox initially developed for its internal agency operations, the company said.
Josh Blankenship, a partner at OuterBox, stated that the new service helps companies identify opportunities where AI can eliminate busywork, allowing human talent to concentrate on higher-value activities.
The service is model-agnostic, supporting various AI platforms including Anthropic, OpenAI, Copilot, and Gemini, said Matt Prater, another partner at OuterBox.
Initial applications of OBxFrontier include automating monthly performance reports for marketing professionals and providing assistance to clients in the steel manufacturing and environmental consulting sectors.
OuterBox indicated that the goal is to enhance business efficiency by integrating AI solutions directly into client operations, thereby streamlining processes that traditionally consume significant staff time.
