Non-refundable Circumstances

RabbitRank does not honor requests for refund for the following reasons:

1. Change of mind: If you purchased our service and later change your mind, or you do not need it anymore, we cannot issue a refund. We believe in the value of our services, and we think you will too. It’s important to be sure of what you’re purchasing and why.
2. Purchase of a wrong service: If you purchased a wrong service, or you do not have sufficient expertise to use the service, we cannot issue a refund. We provide clear descriptions of our services to help you make the right decision. Please read these descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Process

To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Our dedicated customer service team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the refund request approval. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the reflection of the refunded amount in your bank account is contingent on your banking institution’s policies and may require up to 5 working days.

Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
